Representatives of the various groups involved in the organization and development of the festivities of Caravaca de la Cruz have gathered this afternoon at the Plenary Hall of the Consistory to collect festive grants from the mayor, Domingo Aranda, accompanied by Councillor Celebrations, Gonzalo López-Auguy, and Treasurer of the City Council, Miguel Martinez.
In total the City Council has allocated 140,285 euros Caravaca between Festivities Committee and Moors, Christian and horses came.
Celebration Committee has received a grant of 42,000 euros, amount which must be added the subsidies to the placement of flags, the giants and the popular stock.
They have also received funding rocks riders 31, 18 and 22 Christian groups Kabila, each of these aid amounting to 900 euros.
Delivery of the "checks festive" has become a traditional event on the eve of celebrations in which people involved in organizing the recent exchange views rather than live the great days of Caravaca.
The mayor uses this encounter to wish luck and happy holidays to the town of Caravaca and acknowledge the work done.
