A broad representation of the Festival of Yecla will move next Sunday, March 7, Caravaca de la Cruz for the Holy Year 2010.
The planned events will begin at 10.30 am with a parade down the Gran Via which will culminate at City Hall, where there will be a presentation of parties attended by the mayors of both cities, Domingo Aranda and Juan Miguel Benedito, and President of the Association of Stewards, José Antonio Hernández, along with the pages, butlers, a squad of alcabuceros and Songs and Dances of the Band "Salzillo Francisco."
At 11.30 am the procession will start rising at the foot of the Basilica de la Vera Cruz from the church of El Salvador to attend the Mass of the Pilgrim and win the Jubilee.
In the Castle esplanade will be held the traditional game of Allegiance by the Butler, performing at the same time three of musketry Closed Arcas.
Finally, the components of the Songs and Dances Salzillo Francisco will hold a dance and folklore shows yeclano.
