The City of Caravaca de la Cruz will lower the main tax and will credit the opening of business in the municipality through a new ordinance amendment presented today at a press conference by the council of finance, Salvador Gomez.
"The changes are based on four key areas: the lowering of taxes which are the responsibility of local government, encouraging economic activity and job creation to the implementation of subsidies, elimination of red tape and the search for new funding sources, "stressed the head of the municipal area of Finance.
According to the proposed amendments to be debated at the next plenary after passing through Finance Committee, the Session will lower the tax rate to buffer higher IBI of cadastral values applied by the Ministry of Finance.
For next year the rate will drop to around 8% and in the case of IBI rustic to fall by 3.5%.
In this regard, we note that for property taxes and vehicle payment may be divided into four periods a year.
The ordinance amendment will also increase subsidies on capital gains and inheritance tax will remove the constructions, installations and works by introducing a new subsidy for public housing (VPO).
Another novelty is the introduction of new tax credits for licenses to open to reach 30% if they promote the sustainability criteria, 66% for creation of stable and 50% for entrepreneurs under 30.
It will also present two new ordinances, one referring to the occupation of the municipal public domain for the mobile operators with which the City hopes to raise over 120,000 euros and expedited processing of license-exempt environmental statement in line with the new Services Directive of the European Union.
