Note from PSOE:

In BORM of January 9, 2008 was published today Organic Rules of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz which regulates the operation of the Corporation.

In Chapter Two: Special Committee on suggestions or complaints, Article 75, states:

"By regulation, will be created within three months from the approval of this Special Commission Organic Rules Suggestions and Complaints.

All this in order to provide better and more convenient service to citizens. "

It is today that has not been the Special Committee cited when they should be working as planned, to meet and determine the complaints and suggestions from citizens through a committee which represented the three groups policy, an issue that we consider an essential service to citizens.

As stated by the Socialist spokesman, Alfonso Sanchez, "it is all local political groups have officially informed the complaints of citizens and that we can help to be properly addressed, because what usually happens is that unless we learn where people who have trouble coming to us, which is becoming more common, especially when they do not see the solution.
