Agents of the Police Headquarters of Murcia belonging to the Provincial Brigade Aliens and Borders, in collaboration with the local Labour Inspectorate of Murcia, have arrested a businessman for his role in Caravaca crimes of exploitation of foreign labor and against health and safety at work.
Investigations into the business initiatives were launched from the signs of labor and administrative irregularities existing in a shoe factory located in the town of Caravaca de la Cruz.
After checking this data, on 10 June, proceeded to conduct an inspection at the headquarters of that company, proving that the same were working several illegal immigrants, along with others who did have a work permit, but who provided their work without the protection of a contract.
Besides this, the mission revealed that the situation of the ship which carried out the work activity lacked the most basic security measures, displaying numerous deficiencies in electrical systems and protect the health and safety of workers with obvious risk to people who were there.
Because of all this, the 11th of June, proceeded to the arrest of BML, head of the company and the employment situation of people who were there.
