The Tenders Committee of the City of Caravaca, meeting in the afternoon yesterday, proposed the award of works in the rural hostel Almudema to the joint venture (JV) company formed by caravaqueña Munagar and inferior, the latter of the nearby town of Cehegín.
The project, with a lead time of eight months and a half, has been awarded an amount of 518,825 euros, 75% financed by the Autonomous Region and 25% by the City.
The hostel is situated on a plot owned by the municipality where it currently is located in the old building rural schools.
Will have different units such as kitchen, dining room, reception, 11 rooms with individual bathroom and a ground floor room with capacity for 22 people.
The company awarded the contract has improved with the inclusion of other actions such as installing an elevator accessible for people with disabilities, pre-installation of air conditioning and kitchen equipment.
At the tender for the execution of the works of rural hostel in La Almudema have attended a total of 17 companies.
Another point addressed yesterday was the jury to award the contract proposal for improved signage and Greenway and alternative path passing through Caravaca de la Cruz.
The company Almadenes Murcia and Masonry Construction will be responsible for realizing this project with a budget of 82,933 euros.
In this contest 12 companies have attended.
