The Governing Board of the City of Caravaca, meeting in extraordinary session, has given the green light to the specifications of the contract which governed the drafting of the execution of works and the equipping of the Multicultural Center.

The tender base budget amounts to 12,000,000 euros which will be financed by the Autonomous Community and the City of Caravaca.
The Session will provide 1,190,833.52 euros from the budget for 2009 and EUR 1,180,000 in the 2010 budget.
Remember that extraordinary plenary held last July approved the purchase of a parcel of 13,593 meters square for the construction of Multifunctional Cultural Center will house the auditorium and other municipal services such as archive and library.
