The master Hiroshi Shirai, 9 th Dan and world champion, will give this weekend's International Karate Course City of Caravaca in the municipal hall Juan Antonio Corbalan.
The course, organized by sections of karate clubs Atletico Caravaca Montemar and Sports Center in collaboration with the Department of Sports, will have about 150 students from different parts of Spain and other countries such as Italy, France and Portugal.
In addition, they have already confirmed their attendance the presidents of the federations of Catalonia, Madrid, Castilla la Mancha, Valencia, Alicante and Murcia as well as teachers of outstanding international reputation as a coach Antonio Oliva, a world champion, two champions of Europe and as many champions of Spain.
The master Hiroshi Shirai was a direct student of the founder of modern karate, Funakoshi Ginhin.
Shirai Japan is considered one of the introducers of the discipline of karate worldwide and has been runner-up in 1961 and 1962.
The next Saturday, September 20, at 12.00 we show a reception at the Plenary Hall of the City Council to course participants by the Mayor, Domingo Aranda, and the Councillor for Sports, Juan Pedro Bermúdez.
The closing ceremony will be held on Sunday at 11.00 am in Hall Juan Antonio Corbalan.
