The City of Caravaca de la Cruz is running renovation of water supply networks in the streets Miguel de Unamuno and Under Age.
This project, funded with 24,000 euros, is part of the annual plans of modernization of the water supply, which holds the local administration jointly with the concessionaire of the service, Aqualia.
The mayor, José Moreno, and Council Services, Antonio Donate, and Works, Enrique Fuentes, visited this area of ​​town, next to the technicians of the Municipal Water Service to inquire about the progress of works and check improvement in the conditions of pressure and flow that this action will mean for the 50 resident families.
The works are consisting in the renovation of old networks, heavily damaged by the accumulation of lime and over time, and rush to replace houses with new materials.
Also, we proceeded to the installation of a fire hydrant for emergencies and new consumer sectors for effective damage control and improved service to users.
