Defer payments to make them more affordable to the monthly income is the objective of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, which allows taxpayers to pay taxes in monthly or quarterly installments.
This formula does not include additional interest payment or cost penalty.
"Tributes to Measure" is a customized payment plan local taxes, a special form of division in voluntary period of payment made, which allows taxpayers to distribute along the year receipts.
This payment plan affects the following taxes: "Motor Vehicle", "Property Tax", urban and rural (IBI) and the "fee for vehicle entry through the sidewalks" (Vado Permanente) and "Reserves of public roads for exclusive parking" loading and unloading of goods of all kinds.
It is an important measure to help citizens in these difficult times, and its mission is to alleviate the economic situation of families, putting easier, since it will contribute to that residents can pay their taxes by choosing how and when.
Taxpayers can choose how your household bills or in ten monthly payments under the 20th of January to October inclusive, or in four quarterly installments on dates: 20 January, 20 March 20 June and October 20th.
The council made an estimate of the amount of contributions that the person concerned must pay in each fraction.
The deadline shall be constituted by the difference between the amount of receipts for the year and the amounts paid in the earlier payments.
Large families also have a bonus depending on the number of family members and the assessed value of the property: up to 3 children (or two if one is disabled) and another from 4 children.
It will not be necessary to apply each year the bonus will only be made when renueveel large family orthe changes in the family situation which affects the condition of large family.
The City Council encourage all residents to adhere to this deferred payment plan, as they have done many contributors to space quotas throughout each exercise.
WHEN CAN I REQUEST THE PLAN OF CUSTOM PAYMENTS?
Taxpayers, following a request by 20 December each year, will be eligible for the following year.
What are the requirements?
Payments are always made by direct debit from a single account, the following requirements must be met:
Being taxpayer and that the annual amount of the overall tax liability, in voluntary collection period last year, to which adherence to Custom Payment Plan is requested, equals or exceeds 100 euros.
Also, most importantly, adherence to this personalized payment plan entails a reduction in the bill by 5 percent in fees and taxes included in "TRIBUTES TO MEASURE" in accordance with the provisions of Article 9.1 of Consolidated Local Finance Law, which will relieve some way, the increase in the amount that our receipts have suffered in recent years.
