The footwear sector has in the region of Murcia with 41 companies, most of them based in the Northwest Region and, particularly, in Caravaca de la Cruz
The hall of the Society of Jesus, located on Main Street, hosts for tomorrow, Thursday, and Friday a trade exhibition of footwear technology sector.
The opening hours will be from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 21.00.
This exhibition, sponsored by businessman Javier García caravaqueño in collaboration with the City of Caravaca de la Cruz and various brands of machinery, shoe manufacturers gather in the Northwest Region.
Inside the company the latest technology of the moment from La Rioja, Elche and Italy and adapted to the demands of the moment of the footwear sector in Caravaca de la Cruz is displayed.
In this regard, Javier Garcia has reported that "in this exhibition are working for a month, as they have designed specific programs electronics and robotics for the type of footwear produced in Caravaca de la Cruz and elsewhere in the Region ".
The footwear sector in the Region of Murcia is made up of 41 small and medium enterprises, many of them are installed in the Northwest region and particularly in Caravaca de la Cruz.
Its current production figure exceeds 135 million euros and sales to foreign markets approaching 72 million euros.
