A group of young caravaqueños has participated in the European Youth Exchange "Spice up your life", held recently in the Finnish town of Lapua.
Participation in this meeting is part of the activities promoted by the Youth Council of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz and has been financed with European funds within the "Erasmus +: Youth in Action" program.
For a week, the five caravaqueños students have lived with thirty young people from Finland, Hungary, Italy, Estonia and the Czech Republic.
From the Youth Council emphasizes that the aim of this activity has been the intercultural learning and exchange of experience in alternative and healthy entertainment.
Caravaqueños students who have participated in this meeting are conducting various activities to promote and make visible this experience exchange "+ Erasmus: Youth in Action" program.
Young people are taking over their peers disseminate the various Actions contemplated by this European program for mobility and cultural and educational enrichment of youth, as the European Voluntary Service, training seminars and exchanges.
The Youth Council of the City of Caravaca has been involved since 2009 in various actions within the so-called European programs for mobility and training of young people.
This is the first action that is developed by the Department within the new "Erasmus +: Youth in Action" program.
All participants in these youthful encounters are the "Youtpass" the official certificate of the European Union, in which young Europeans is credited knowledge in areas of non-formal education, including social and educational skills, participation, respect and cultural learning and international cooperation.
