The mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz, Domingo Aranda, and the representative of Acciona-Yahtzee, Manuel Martínez Ortuño, today signed the contract for the provision of services of solid waste collection, street cleaning and grounds maintenance.

The company will begin its action plan in Caravaca from 1 August, launching gradually contracted various municipal services.
The award was made for a period of fifteen years at a cost of 2,135,000 euros, representing an annual saving of 160,000 euros with respect to the amount initially budgeted in the specifications.
