The Department of Sports City of Caravaca de la Cruz has held the Healthy Start I "walk da Vida" with the participation of one hundred and caravaqueñas caravaqueños.
The activity began with a warm up, led by instructors from the municipal sports in the park Pedro García-Esteller.
Later, they began a march of five miles semiurban the main streets of the town and by the nature of the Marquis de las Fuentes, concluding with an exhibition of "Zumba", a new fitness discipline, led by the Center monitors Sports Caravaca.
The mayor Emilio Perez has made a positive assessment of the first edition of this march which involved people of all ages.
He highlighted that since the Department of Sports will continue to promote a family sport and healthy lifestyle through new initiatives.
