The Department of Urban Development of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz has completed construction of the Plaza de San Isidro de Caneja.
The project, with a budget of 120,000 euros, is part of Basic Infrastructure Plan.
The work has been developed by the Social Center of the hamlet and has been the placement based on cobblestone pavement and the installation of street furniture, lighting and landscaping.
It has also created an area for children's games and has a length of steel-reinforced Avenue de Aranjuez with new parking spaces.
This action is included in the Basic Infrastructure Plan, which funds the Autonomous Community of Murcia and the City of Caravaca.
As explained Councillor for Urban Development, Salvador Gomez, "the plan seeks to create new spaces and revitalize existing ones primarily targeted for the coexistence of the neighboring districts."
In addition to this Piazza San Isidro de Caneja, the Basic Infrastructure Plan has enabled the implementation of other measures such as the square of the Museum of Ethnic Music Barranda and layout of the Plaza de la Constitution Archivel.
