From the Socialist Municipal Group report, once again, the critical situation in which the Company is Caravaca Jubilee, on the verge of disappearance.
Both the Socialist Spokesman Fernando Romera as Councilman Alfonso Sanchez, have been reported this morning at a press conference the pitiful plight of the company, beset by debt, disorganization, lack of planning and anguish of their workers who already owed three months salary.
According to the Socialist councilors, this situation is causing a serious breach, both financially and emotionally, these workers who are in anguish and despair gloomy future.
They have also denounced the negligence and irresponsibility of the Mayor, Domingo Aranda, not convene for two years the Board of Directors of the Company.
According to Romera, we face a situation of "manifest illegality" since Aranda, as Chairman of the Board of Directors is obliged by law to convene the Council.
"It is neither more nor less than a flagrant dereliction of duties that could earn some kind of responsibility for both civil and criminal nature," he concluded by saying the socialist spokesman.
Regarding the judicial proceedings against the Company Caravaca Jubilee socialist representatives say that they are in "route of urgency and that the next step is none other than the confiscation of property owned by the Company."
However, the Municipal Socialist Group offers its complete and utter willingness to assist in whatever store maintenance and support of Caravaca Jubilee Society, and the employment of workers, sparing no effort when developing a Feasibility Plan , specifying the current situation, to provide the economic and legal study, and determine feasible alternatives.
