Caravaca UPyD plenary carried a motion in which he shows his total rejection of inequality and lack of respect for people who have a same sex relationship.
Taking advantage of the chance that the March 17 marks the International Day Against Homophobia, UPyD Caravaca, echoes this conclusion in his motion and provides important aspects such as:
"The dignity, equal treatment and equality before the law irrespective of their religion or belief, disability, age, gender or sexual orientation is a universal right recognized by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights."
Also ask the City of Caravaca, which undertakes to promote policies favorable to the municipality equal treatment to homosexuals and to encourage the involvement of the educational community in the area of ​​sexual affective education from the classroom to instill respect and recognition of sexual diversity and prevent homophobia.
Remember finally that it was a May 17, 1990, when the General Assembly of the World Health Organization (WHO) removed homosexuality from its list of mental illnesses.
