The truth is that from the outset of procurement and contracting, there was an apparent lack of specificity, regulation and monitoring of service delivery.

Therefore, we do not know what city officials plan to do in this situation, if we meet at Christmas without having awarded the refuse collection and street cleaning so unless you recover the direct management by the municipality, will have to extend the show another year with grass, the latter being what we assume will happen.
Also, current service deficiencies are found in the following aspects in relation to that provided in the specification (in the absence of Regulation Service)
We are not aware that the contractor has been cleaning and disinfecting the containers once a month throughout the year and twice a month in summer.
An important part of the containers were dumped on the vehicle operators as they take the bags by hand, leaving part of the remains in them.
Not all vehicles carry the load in closed compartments to avoid dispersion and fall to the ground.
The successful tenderer has been regularly removing uncontrolled landfills in the light of what we've been finding all these years.
Groups of large containers located on the outskirts of Caravaca and districts sometimes become landfill waste by overcrowding and other items, not collected these with due regularity.
Not normally done washdown streets, clean and refreshing, especially when most needed is in summer.
Lacking awareness campaigns and cooperation of citizens in environmental and urban (especially to prevent undue fouling and littering.)
