We have received complaints from several neighbors Cabecico district, to the danger posed by the end of the street Nevazo of that neighborhood.
It turns out that there is a cliff or cut with a drop of about 9 m.
This cliff is located on the edge of the hill on which is nailed this neighborhood.
It does not have any fence, railing or security fence to prevent any person from falling accidentally.
As we point out the neighbors, the danger is mostly for children, a confusion that can result in a fall with serious consequences.
Also, we have shown that this problem have already moved to the City on numerous occasions without so far been given the least solution.
As we checked in the General Plan, the place is part of a public space that is a kind of widening gap between the end of the street and rear Nevazo Avenida de Almeria.
This public space does not have any type of conditioning, security even as we have pointed out.
We were also reminded residents the state of total abandonment in which the Garden is located next to the Cabecico, giving the back of the Avenue of the Constitution.
We recall that in relation to this garden, was approved in plenary session (for almost a year) a motion submitted by the Municipal Group Socialist arrangement thereof, but so far has not done anything.
We are surprised that neither appears in the local street plan this garden.
Therefore, Alfonso Sanchez said, "to avoid the risk to people and responsibility if the City would have to assume we have requested in writing to the City Council as soon as you place a fence or guardrail to the right place and is in the yard of Cabecico as approved in plenary session and the same street enter the town. "
