In the first motion we show the sorry state of neglect that is the site of Casa Noguera, so your protection is imperative.
This site is located on a parcel which has around 400 m2 and among the remains found are the basis of a prehistoric hut, silos, pits, postholes, human remains and some materials that include ceramics and various tools (Department of Archaeology UNED on the statement made in 2007).
The City Council in 2008 drafted a special plan for setting compensation for the developer planning to cede the said City Council land.
For all we know, two years, the City has not sought to date by obtaining (coming to his deed for the local administration), there being no reason that has prevented because the developer or owner has obtained the appropriate compensation, where such a transfer of that plot had to do first.
It is amazing to see the excavated pits and silos full of weeds and debris of all kinds of dirt, equipment and debris, while the perimeter wall at low altitude and partly broken.
In addition, the Municipal Group, raised an amendment to the 2008 municipal budget for the construction of a Center for Archaeological Interpretation Archivel, being accepted and a part of 6,000 euros, which could be used for studies and projects, although it has maintained in subsequent years without running.
Given the archaeological importance of the entire town of Archivel and its surroundings, together with the Straits of the Incarnation, we can say that we are facing a major and unique archaeological sites, to have this hamlet about 22 archaeological sites listed, we consider it imperative to get that parcel of land and put in value, as well here may be the place to build a future center of archaeological interpretation Archivel, integrating archaeological remains, and that will certainly be a major tourist attraction for the hamlet and the municipality in general.
We therefore propose that the Plenary Council agreed to adopt appropriate protective measures, steps to writing and recording for the commune of that parcel of Casa Noguera and are in charge of studies and projects, where appropriate, for Archaeological Interpretation Center in it, as it is budgeted.

Cultural Interest, with the category of historical sites, the archaeological environment of the village of Archivel.
In the second motion we refer to the "Cerro de la Fuente" Archivel, where there is evidence of the existence of the remains of a castle late Roman-republished century BC, a period which saw the civil war between Julius Caesar and Pompey the Great, where successive excavations have been conducted, most recently last August.
According to the director of excavations, the building is equipped with an excellent and unique defensive system.
The work being carried out in the field, are providing valuable data to reconstruct the military activity of the contenders in the upper basin of the rivers and Quípar Argos, allowing an important document and understand war episode was never mentioned by historical sources.
The importance and uniqueness of this castle or fortress is clear, since there are hardly any similar buildings from Roman times, and we understand that the figure should be granted protection by law that applies, in order to value and promote dissemination of local historical heritage, especially that of our parishes.
Also, remember that all the castles of Spain, whatever their state of ruin, must be a Cultural heritage law as both state and regional history.
We therefore propose that the Plenary Council urge the Department of Fine Arts and Cultural Assets for Roman Castle Hill Archivel Source is considered a Cultural and that this same file being opened for the delimitation of the affected environment for better protection of the monument and all that surrounds him.
