The Department of Health Caravaca City Council has launched a campaign of environmental disinfection in schools, consisting of a disinfection general and specific treatments for pest control.
The campaign is being conducted in various schools in the city center and districts, as well as in municipal day care, the Conservatory of Music and special education centers Ascruz, Apcom and Avanza.
The councilman of Health, Mercedes Velez, has reported that these campaigns are conducted to coincide with the summer period, in coordination with the school leadership, and under environmentally friendly criteria.
The mayor added that, within the pest control measures, the company I. Quipons, licensee of the service, perform treatments in the municipal sewer system on a monthly and annual campaigns for the control of legionella in sports and ornamental fountains and pines processionary control of urban areas.
