On the afternoon of Friday September 1 at 17 hours, as provided in Article 9 in paragraph A of the Festivities Committee Regulations of the Royal and Illustrious Confraternity of the Blessed.
and Vera Cruz, the chairmen of the Wine Horses Bandos, Moors and Christians, according to the statutory powers conferred upon them respectively, presented the candidacy of the future Secretary of Jubilee Committee, with the proposal in a timely manner and not running out of time ending at the end of September 1, as described in Article 9 section C of that regulation.
Once such application filed and recorded in the offices of brotherhood, the three presidents are waiting by the current Chairman of Committee on Celebration, José Luis Castillo Guerrero of the convening of the meeting of incorporation of the new commission of festivities.
