The Region of the Northwest shows its tourist attractions from today until next Sunday at the Inland and Rural Tourism Fair (Intur), which this year celebrates its twentieth edition.
The Municipalities of Caravaca de la Cruz, Cehegín and Calasparra have today inaugurated the stand, which promotes the rich cultural, natural and gastronomic heritage of the area.
Among the events organized on the occasion of Intur, tomorrow, Friday 25, at 13.30 hours will be a presentation of the Jubilee Year 2017 in the City of Valladolid, with the presence of its mayor, Óscar Puente.
In the same will participate the mayors of Caravaca de la Cruz, José Moreno;
Cehegín, José Rafael Rocamora, and Calasparra, José Vélez.
The stand, 52 square meters, is decorated with images of the main tourist resources of each municipality and has a workspace to maintain meetings with professionals of the sector that meet in Intur.
In addition, people who come to the stand can participate in tastings of the most representative gastronomic products, such as yolks, rice, wine or cheese.
In the 20th edition of INTUR, the fair specialized in interior tourism, there are around one thousand exhibitors, of which more than 300 are direct and represent some 750 companies from different tourist segments: accommodation, transport, active tourism, Idiomatic, health, gastronomic, etc.
Twelve autonomous communities, cities, provinces, counties, municipalities and companies give content to this edition INTUR anniversary that is celebrated in the Feria de Valladolid until Sunday 27 November.
