In October starts a new edition of course the hospitality 'Basic Operations and restaurant and bar' industry
The City of Caravaca de la Cruz, through the Employment Service of the Youth Council opens the registration period in various courses for both unemployed and active workers, which will begin in September and October.
The first scheduled training activities is aimed at obtaining license 'Manipulator of pesticides and plant protection products', approved by the Ministry of Water, Agriculture and Environment of the Autonomous Community.
It will consist of 25 contact hours, which will be taught by technicians Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives of Murcia (FECOAM) in the premises of Youth Center Caravaca, from 9.00 to 14.00.
This course, primarily aimed at unemployed and employed workers and self-employed in the agricultural sector has, let professional training to make proper use of plant protection products and their packaging, as well as machinery and equipment.
In addition, attendees will become aware of the risks and influence that pesticides have on their own health, public health and the environment, while known to use the means to prevent them.
Similarly, patterns of behavior in the application of first aid and legislation on this matter will be addressed.
On the other hand, it is also open enrollment period in the 'Allergens and food intolerances' course compulsory knowledge for employees of catering establishments, catering and food, according to the current European regulations.
The course 'Archicad' is another of the titles offered from the caravaqueño Consistory, which will focus on the software for carrying out projects of architecture which optimizes time and resources in the design and construction of buildings.
Given the success of previous editions, the next October will begin a new edition of course the hospitality industry 'basic restaurant and bar operations', funded by the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF).
With the completion of 210 hours of theory and practice and 80 hours of practice in restaurants and bars of the town, students obtain the Certificate of Competence Level 1. A total of 12 places are offered to young unemployed.
