To solve the problem of existing parking in the Secondary School (IES) Oróspeda of the hamlet of Archivel is the aim of a motion by the Popular Municipal Group in the City of Caravaca for discussion and vote at the next regular plenary.

The IES Oróspeda of Archivel is an institute that welcomes boys and girls in all districts of Caravaca, in addition to students from other districts and municipalities in the case of high school, even Albacete Nerpio population.

This institute was launched in 2002 and although at first the lack of parking was not as worrisome because the center did not offer teaching high school and was less than the number of students enrolled, after 14 years this situation has changed considerably.

So, it turns out that the parking spaces available to the center within the building are reserved for teachers and for the three buses that transport students from different districts.

Meanwhile, parents who are going to pick up their children have only the road to park, so there are parked on both sides of the road and buses, which have to cross on it to access the institute cars, and all with cars and trucks driving on the road.

"All this creates a serious road safety problem affecting teachers, students, parents and other road users. This situation is exacerbated in the case of parent meeting or delivery notes, which can be put together perfectly 200 cars in near the institute ", as explained by the Popular Party spokesman Jose Francisco Garcia.

There are two proposals developed by the Technical Office of the City Council to solve this problem.

The first would be to make a street in one direction that will bypass the whole school.

The second try to enable the land annexed to institute a car park.

"From the Municipal People believe that the second option would be the most viable for two reasons. First because the proposal
