The City of Caravaca de la Cruz has launched a local employment program called 'tours and visitor', which has allowed to employ five young people enrolled in the National Youth Guarantee System.
"This is an initiative to train and create jobs in sectors such as tourism, which should be a niche employment in Caravaca de la Cruz," said the mayor, Jose Moreno, during the visit to the Municipal Office Tourism, which has been accompanied by the mayors of Employment and Tourism, Julia and Gloria Gómez Giménez, respectively.
The mayor has also detailed that this employment program will be active during the period of six months, with a total budget of 65,907 euros, of which 63,407 are provided by the Regional Employment Service and Training and the European Social Fund and the rest caravaqueño by the Consistory.
Young contracted support work done at the Municipal Tourist Office, Calle Las Monjas, and the Tourist Information Plaza del Arco.
In addition, this program has allowed hiring an instructor of recreation and entertainment, which is responsible for conducting tours at the Center for Interpretation of Nature and the landscape of the Fuentes del Marqués own visits, developing recreational activities with games of nature and research of flora and fauna.
This employment program 'tours and visitor' joins the recently launched masonry design of the basement of the Municipal Employment Center.
This municipal space will become a training classroom and a workshop Aparado continuing education and other related work in the footwear sector.
