The Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 3 of Caravaca has agreed to file the complaint filed by a neighbor caravaqueña village of Pinilla against the City of Caravaca in the last term and was supported publicly by the three groups at that time were in opposition (PSOE, IU and UPyD).

In the complaint, the neighbor Pinilla MMM accused the City of "administrative prevarication" and "advantage" among other crimes.

With regard to the alleged "prevarication" the complainant referred to a number of shortcomings in the proceedings of expropriation that would lead to the annulment of the process and the Order of the Court takes apart one by one, confirming the legality of municipal activities in this record.

In addition, the Auto confirms that "unfounded the claim relating to the completion of this road is intended to benefit only Jaag, already appeared as referred to in PGMO developed years earlier, so it is credited its public utility."

It is further removed in the Auto alleged preferential treatment for being the father of former PP councilor of Environment, subject to the terms verbatim: "This suggestion is unjustified in any case because it is documentary evidence established that the project implementation work dates back at least to 2003 ...
