However, participation in the 'Mandarines School' modality, whose name is taken from a work by the Caravacan writer Miguel Espinosa, aimed at secondary school and high school students, has decreased compared to other years, due to the situation that has originated the pandemic with the suspension of face-to-face classes for part of the past year.From the Department of Culture it has been reported that the 2020 call presents new features, such as the creation of the premialbacara.com website and the sending of works exclusively through online mode, discarding the paper format.Other news with respect to previous editions, which is the postponement of the awards ceremony until February 2021, specifically on Saturday the 13th.
