Before proceeding to read the manifesto, Councilor Mónica Sánchez has listed some outstanding actions implemented in the last two years to improve the prevention and fight against gender violence, highlighting that "education and cooperation are fundamental pillars to eradicate this social scourge and to move towards a more responsible and committed society ".

In addition to the manifesto, awareness-raising activities have been carried out in secondary and primary schools, adapted to each age group, and masks with slogans of support for the victims are being distributed among the caravaqueño merchants. The Cavax service complements the Center for Attention to Victims of Gender Violence (CAVI), in which Caravaca was a pioneer municipality in its implementation in the Region 16 years ago.
