The entrances will be cut off at the height of the Flour Factory and Los Viñales area and controlled by the Local Police, while inside the site and the new parking area there will be Civil Protection officers.In addition, the Department of Public Services has launched a special cleaning patrol for the weekends, which reinforce the tasks that are regularly carried out in the area through the services contracted with the association's Ecojardín APCOM.In the parking area and surroundings it will be remembered by means of signs that it is not allowed to access with other people's furniture (tables, chairs, refrigerators, shade, etc.); that bathing and any use of water, fishing and hunting is prohibited; as well as the obligation, under penalty, to deposit any waste in the bins and containers and to respect the natural environment and its species of flora and fauna.Phase twoAfter the measures adopted for this weekend, throughout the winter changes will continue to be adopted through a series of actions, including the elimination of certain picnic areas to enhance the Fountains as an environment for walking and recreation or the reorganization of traffic and creation of a pedestrian path linking Camino del Huerto with the main entrance to Las Fuentes to avoid overcrowding of cars in the surroundings.Likewise, the improvement in signage is also included in order to promote knowledge of the rules of use of the site and the creation of a specific web page that informs about the regulations and news in this regard.Además, recogiendo otras de las propuestas ciudadanas y con el fin de limitar el aforo, se pondrá en marcha un control de acceso con coste económico en fines de semana y festivos, excepto para residentes en Caravaca, mediante la descarga de una aplicación móvil (APP), que estará controlado mediante Protección Civil, que harán de revisores comprobando entrada o DNI de residente.Consenso y colaboración ciudadanaAntes de hacer públicas estas medidas en las que el Ayuntamiento viene trabajando, se convocó una reunión de consulta y asesoramiento con responsables de seguridad, técnicos y expertos vinculados al medio natural, a las que se podrán sumar aquellos que estén interesados en realizar aportaciones.A la misma asistió el alcalde, junto a los concejales de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente, Servicios Públicos y Seguridad Ciudadana y técnicos municipales y de la Dirección General del Medio Natural, así como representantes de Policía Local, Protección Civil, las asociaciones Caralluma y Adenow.

Igualmente, se contó con otras voces especializadas como diplomados caravaqueños en Geografía y Ordenación del Territorio y Ciencias Ambientales.

Este comité se seguirá convocando periódicamente para ir evaluando e introduciendo medidas al plan conforme la evolución de la situación.
