Subsequently, Antonio Luengo met with representatives of agrarian organizations of the municipality and its environment to learn first-hand their concerns for the future, and expose “the measures and actions that from the regional government we are putting in place to address some of those problems as the works of improvement of rural roads, the aids to the modernization, the energetic saving in the communities of irrigators or the fight against the rural depopulation in the districts â€.
In addition, it showed "the support of the Ministry to promote and promote events in the livestock field or the commitment to seek, within the framework of the future CAP, support to maintain traditional crops in the area."
Finally, the counselor visited the agricultural company 'La Ponderosa', dedicated to the handling of fruits, vegetables and livestock, which has received aid during the last year to develop its activity as a 'basic payment' and 'green payment' of the Common Agricultural Policy.
