The councilor of Social Services, Sports and Human Resources of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, Maria Jose Soria, has been elected vice president of the newly created association 'Cities for Fraternity'.
In the constituent assembly, held at the Casa de la Cultura of Torrelodones (Madrid), the board of directors was appointed, of which the caravaqueño maestro Juan Fernández Robles is also a member.
The September plenary session approved that Caravaca de la Cruz would become part of the national association 'Cities for Fraternity', whose objective "is to carry out an experience of commitment in the dialogue, open to citizens, politicians and institutions, such as a network in which good practices and vital enthusiasm for fraternity are shared ".
For the time being, the municipalities of Caravaca de la Cruz, Ainsa (Huesca), Utrillas (Teruel) and Don Alvaro (Badajoz) are participating, as well as the ACLF Aljucer associations, the New Spain Humanity Association, Ganbo Iturri Kultur Elkartea and Unity and Fraternity.
