Project Abraham Hall and put up two vocational workshops aimed at the unemployed (10/12/2009)

The collaboration between the city of Caravaca and Abraham Project Association has set up a new initiative to facilitate socio-professional insertion of people at risk of social exclusion.

These are two sewing workshops and repair occupational footwear which will participate 20 persons unemployed.

The new workshops have been presented this morning by the Councillor for Women, Family and Social Development, Carmen Ruiz, the president of the National Association of Abraham Project, Rafael Sanchez, and the director of Bancaja, José Angel Wicks.

The workshops are funded by the Instituto Murciano Social Action and Bancaja.

For three years the Association Abraham Project, under an agreement with the city of Caravaca, Caravaca being developed in various initiatives to support the immigrant population and persons at risk and / or social exclusion.

In particular, there have been various employment workshops and have given workshops to raise awareness among schoolchildren on environmental and social values.
