The mayor of Caravaca, Domingo Aranda, has made a very satisfying balance of the meeting held in the day yesterday with the President of the Autonomous Community, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, to review major issues and projects related to the Holy Year 2010 .
During the interview he was endorsed by the Government of the Autonomous Community initiatives arising from the City of Caravaca and accessibility plan which aims to improve access to the city of Granada Avenue to the roundabout at St. Agnes.
It also reviewed some of the actions being implemented to improve the infrastructure of the city during the next Jubilee event which may be emphasized between hostels in El Llano and La Amudema, the access roads to the Basilica de la Vera Cruz, adequacy of the Museum and the Museum Fiesta Carrilero, among others.
Also, the mayor took the opportunity to presenter Safety Plan and the public awareness campaign "Clean Caravaca.
"We have requested institutional support to strengthen advocacy and programming of cultural activities that embrace the Holy Year 2010", stressed Sunday Aranda.
Other requests made were that the acts of the Day of the Region to be held next year in Caravaca de la Cruz and official documents bearing the logo Autonomous Community of the Holy Year 2010 as of January.
