The Garden is located between Juniper Street and Calle Lope de Vega, is as shown in a state of total abandonment.
Since its inception in the extension of the Gran Via, gives the impression that there has been no virtually no maintenance work, or certainly no agreement or upgrading project, unlike the other parks and gardens of the resort.
It has no playground, banks are damaged by the passage of time or simply destroyed, also found remains of debris left by the works nearby, dead trees or parties, etc.
If we look at the official street map of the location (Web-Hall), it is surprising that this park does not appear as such and also it was not given a name until now.
Neighbors in the area have long complained of this situation and that this park does not give you any attention.
In what is certain is that this is indeed a city park or public green because it reflects the General Plan.
Therefore, the Municipal Socialist Group has tabled a Motion that this matter be addressed at the next plenary convened for Wednesday 25 th of this month to reach an agreement to:
To draft a project for upgrading the park as has been done with most parks and gardens of the village, providing it with appropriate furniture, replacement of trees, landscaping, paving, etc..
To include this action as a priority in any plans for which funding can be obtained, such as Works and Services Plan.
