The Board of Governors of the City of Caravaca proceeded in its last regular meeting for the award of five projects included in the Works and Services Plan 2009 and two of the works reflected in the plan of the municipality's tourism infrastructure.
The total amount of work awarded on an interim basis amounts to 722,877 euros.
In particular, projects were awarded the sewerage and street paving and plaza Dali San Francisco for an amount of 57,430 euros to the company Sánchez Soler & Builder, the renewal of street lighting and slum Benablon of the Incarnation in an amount of 169,012 euros to Eleccar, the provision of infrastructure and street paving Caravaca Barbican amounting to 58,580 euros to Rafael Salazar and Sons, the provision of infrastructure in the tourist place of the Marquis de las Fuentes amounting to 139,084 euros Rafael Salazar and Sons Company and the renovation of sidewalks and street infrastructure in Los Andenes amounting to EUR 186,541 Villegas Construction.
Also provisionally awarded the adequacy of the museum and the Castle shop with a budget of 53,302 euros and the rehabilitation of the kneader the castle tower as an information point for pilgrims on a budget of 58,928 euros to Rafael Salazar and Sons.
In the tower of the kneader is carried out various actions such as improving existing waterproofing to prevent moisture problems, replacement of pavement and rehabilitation of railings.
The works to be implemented in the Fuentes del Marques in tourism infrastructure project will consist mainly in the provision of sewers and replacement of flooring and services.
