Components of the team "is the Goal Caravaca" X participated in the Half Marathon Almansa thus continuing the preparation for the next edition of the New York Marathon.
In total 40 caravaqueños competed, of which 33 are part of the team "Caravaca is the Goal" sponsored by the Holy Year 2010.
The team was the largest caravaqueño competition behind the host, Almansa Athletic Club.
The high turnout shows the rise in recent times is taking the hobby by participating in competitions run and popular.
Of the four thousand participants, the first goal was to enter Chema Martínez, Roberto Reina being the first caravaqueño in post 52, being sixth in its category.
Remember that the great event of team "Caravaca is the goal" will be next November, when nearly a hundred caravaqueños athletes take to the streets of New York to attend the world's most famous marathon.
