United Left Greens Caravaca + has requested the annulment of the resolutions adopted by the local municipality in relation to contract drafting the works to build an underground car park in Garden City.
This was announced today the spokesperson of the coalition in Caravaca, Juan Berbell, who said that that contract violates the City's General Management Plan (PGMO) because it includes building a park in a green area consolidated public.
Berbell reminded about the PGMO unfeasible to construct a ground area for parking of vehicles in public green spaces, except that this structure allows, "which does not happen in this case because it would entail the destruction of Garden City."
Also reported that the company awarded the contract, Mavelium Holdings Ltd., presented a geotechnical study done a year before the publication of the specification in the first competition held by the council, which was declared void, and was later adopted by procedure negotiated.
