The Department of Education of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz and the local educational community celebrate tomorrow, Thursday September 18, the opening of the academic year 2014-2015.
The event will take place at 20.00 in the House of Emilio Sáez Culture.
In the opening ceremony involved the mayor, Domingo Aranda;
the mayor of Education, Carmen Ruiz, and on behalf of teachers, the headmaster of Secondary Oróspeda Archivel, Michelangelo Jorquera.
Also, delivery of Extraordinary Awards, Vocational Training and specialized education aimed at students who have had caravaqueños these studies in schools in the county will be made.
The City of Caravaca has created these awards in order to stimulate interest in the study and acknowledge the perseverance, effort and performance, rewarding those youth with outstanding records.
The opening of the course will be accompanied by guitarists and alumni of the Conservatory of Caravaca de la Cruz Ramón Emilio Sánchez Soriano and Maria Bastida Abril, both winners in various competitions, festivals and awards from regional and national levels.
Also participate Jesús Ortega Martínez, also formed in the caravaqueño Conservatory and recently awarded by the Ministry of Education and Culture with the National Award for Education in Art Education Professional Music.
