Coinciding with the holiday dates, the Youth Council of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz has launched a Spring School and Workshop traditional Easter recipes that feature the participation of about a hundred children.

Easter workshop, held at the Youth Center, has been developed in collaboration with a group of users the Senior Center of Caravaca, which has shown students how making some traditional recipes of the earth as hornazos or dumplings.

Councilwoman Youth Antona M ª Álvarez, Jorquera has highlighted the wide acceptance of this activity year after year and the intergenerational character of it, allowing children and adults who live and culinary traditions are transmitted.
