The Office of Citizen of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz is one of the highest number of applications processed in the Region of Murcia, according to data provided by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Autonomous Community.
Specifically, the Office of Citizen of Caravaca, service aka "Single Window", processed 4,470 applications in 2012, ranking it fifth place in terms of workload, after Murcia, Cartagena, Lorca and Yecla.
The Office of Citizen Services, attached to the Directorate General of Public Function and Quality of Services, allows citizens to make representations relating to the regional administration from the municipality and avoiding trips to the capital.
It also offers the possibility of carrying out transactions with other government other than the regional.
The main procedures requested by citizens include large family titles, hunting licenses, plus numerous renovation and application support and recognition.
Meanwhile, communications residents of the municipality under the jurisdiction of the City are handled in the Municipal Office Complaints and Suggestions, which last year processed a total of 1,131 cases.
