The Governing Board of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz agreed at its last session request authorization from the Regional Employment and Training (SEF) for the implementation of the Local Agency Placement.
The Department of Employment has prepared and submitted a project that justifies the implementation of this service to enhance citizen for purposes of information, guidance and labor mediation to date are providing Municipal Center Training, Employment and Equality.
The Placement Agency offers free job placement between workers and employers, on the one hand helping the unemployed to find a job suited to their personal and professional characteristics, and on the other hand, provided employers who need workers for company right candidates applying to the professional profile.
"With the launch Local Placement Agency, the City is taking another step in its strategy to promote municipal employment services and to have new tools to promote and support the development of the municipality, without imposing an economic cost added because it takes advantage of the available human and material resources ", as highlighted by the Councillor for Employment, Salvador Gomez.
In case of obtaining authorization from the Regional Employment and Training, Placement Area Agency would be located on the premises of the Centre for Training, Employment and Equality in order to strengthen employment support policies, such as training courses and workshops training, which is being developed in said Municipal Building.
