The regional head of Planning and Housing meets municipal technicians to evaluate this instrument urban
The Ministry of Public Works and Planning, through the Directorate General of Land and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, is studying Special Management Plan in Caravaca de la Cruz, known as CR-10, as a preliminary to final approval by the City.
The Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, met this past week with the municipal engineers to evaluate this tool and explained that during this meeting discussed about the comments made in the report by his department with buildable urban land for construction of a subsidized housing.
Muñoz said that "the comments made by the Directorate General are technical and do not imply any obstacle to the implementation of this project" and noted that "it is a plan that will revitalize the town center, it is entry, Granada Street, next to Gran Vía ".
The general director framed this meeting on the work of his department provided advice to municipalities and explained that "usually hold such regular meetings to clarify the various issues arising in urban planning."
