The Pilgrim's Market will be held on Sunday, January 20, with a special edition dedicated to the production and sale of traditional local sausages.
In the High Street and the Plaza del Arco is installed, from 10.00 to 14.30 hours, thirty outlets, mostly artisans and culinary products.
In the market, there will be several demonstrations of how the sausage is made in the traditional style.
Moreover, during the morning children may participate in a clay modeling workshop, set for live music performances.
The Pilgrim's Market is held every third Sunday of the month in Caravaca de la Cruz, organized by the departments of Arts, Commerce and Tourism of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz.
As an added attraction, each issue has a theme and free children's entertainment activities, workshops and demonstration Pilgrim's menu offerings from some local restaurants.
