25 people, unemployed and workers in the hospitality sector of Caravaca, have participated in the course "The waiter, a leading travel agent," designed to improve customer service and to introduce students to the tourism of the municipality.
For more than twenty sessions, held at the Centre for Employment, Training and Equal Caravaca de la Cruz, have been addressed and technical skills and customer service protocol.
This training has been provided by the Centre for Tourism Qualification of Murcia, with the cooperation of the City of Caravaca and Caja Mediterráneo.
The Councillor of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Maria Teresa Romero, thanked during decommissioning the good reception given to this course and encouraged hotel professionals to continue to participate in these initiatives, which help increase customer satisfaction and improve the tourist image the municipality.
