25 people form to improve customer service in the hospitality industry (12/09/2012)

In order to promote vocational training in the hospitality industry, began yesterday at the Municipal Centre, Employment and Equal Caravaca the course "The waiter, a leading travel agent."

This is an initiative promoted by the Tourism Qualification Center of Murcia with the cooperation of the City of Caravaca and Caja Mediterráneo.

In this free course are attending a total of 25 people, including unemployed and workers of different bars and restaurants in the town.

During scheduled sessions, the teacher qualification Tourist Center, José Luque, will address techniques to meet customer needs and to meet the job from a positive perspective and skills of tourist attention.

"The professional hospitality becomes a major travel agent for our town and with initiatives like this we want to continue to promote the continuing education of both the waiters and the owners of the establishments" as the mayor pointed Consumer and Trade in the Consistory caravaqueño, Maria Teresa Romero.
