Caravaca City Council has put out for tender the stalls and the cafe-bar in the new market hall.
The specification that will regulate the allocation process is published in the "Contractor Profile" page wwww.caravaca.org municipal website.
Interested persons should submit the required documentation until 10 March.
The posts will go to tender for 15-year period as stipulated in the Regulation of the Market Square, and between activities can be developed are those related to food, flowers, handicrafts and other trade initiatives consistent with above.
For the award the City will assess, among other things, the business experience of the applicant and the viability of the proposal.
The renovation of Market Square are close to completion.
The City Council and the Community have supported this project with 250,000 euros in order to upgrade and provide new uses for this space located in the heart of the city.
In addition to five outlets and a cafe-bar, has enabled central space of 400 square feet for activities such as children's theater or temporary exhibitions, and enjoy free Internet connection via Wi-Fi.
