The councilman of Youth in the City of Caravaca, Antonia M ª Álvarez, accompanied by Professor at IES San Juan de la Cruz and Carlos Diaz component jury, presented the awards yesterday Youth Art Contest.
In this fourth edition have been awarded in the Photography category the first prize Maria Caparros and his "Hysteria" and the second Francisco Martínez to "Detail fall."
In the visual arts prize went to José Antonio Prats with the work "Use Africa" and "Origin."
Youth Art Contest Caravaca acknowledges the work of young people with artistic and talking about promoting new artists of the municipality.
"This event also allows youth to express their own artistic language and the Youth Center will become a space for meeting and exchange of ideas between boys and girls with similar interests," said the head of the municipal area of Youth during the awards ceremony.
This year has been more than twenty young people who have submitted papers to the competition.
Photographic works will be displayed in the Youth Center until Feb. 25.
