The Federation of Teaching CCOO Murcia Region denounces the untenable position that runs through the Official Language School of Caravaca, the result of abdication of responsibility by the Ministry of Education.
Today, after many months, this EOI is still not have a single computer to perform the necessary functions of the administration and services.
Since the resolution of the contest this personal transfers (12/01/1910, see BORM November 19) there is a person adjudicated to the center without any explanation of why it has never been built.
Subsequent complaints from the school management have been met with administrative silence, until in compliance with the Law on Extraordinary Measures from the Ministry of Education refers to lack of funds.
This contradiction between the official appointment of a job and their removal by way of the facts without further justification is an outrage to common sense and legality.
It is also a concrete demonstration of the results of that law on the quality of education and public job insecurity.
We urge the Director General of Human Resources, Mr. Ramirez Burgos, meeting as published in the BORM and addressed to the prefect of the EOI in Caravaca not to give instructions about the just protests of teachers but to meet the minimum conditions of service of this school.
