The City of Caravaca de la Cruz makes available to all residents and mobile application (APP) 'Care Caravaca'.
The mayor, José Moreno, and the councilor responsible for the area of ​​Services, Antonio Donate, have presented this new tool, which allows the communication and resolution of incidents in an immediate, agile and simple way.
The APP is available for iOS and Android devices, as well as on the web www.cuidacaravaca.es.
'Cuida Caravaca' allows the citizen the location and direct communication of any type of malfunction in the municipality, actively involving him / her in the process.
"Notecity is a versatile and simple tool driven by the councils of Services and Citizen Participation, with which complaints, suggestions or incidents can be communicated with total immediacy and without having to go to the City Council," as the mayor has informed, has also detailed that these communications are made through geolocation, accompanied by photographs and comments, the citizen can make a follow-up of how the incident is managed.
"It is a new channel of communication so that everyone, from our phone, computer or tablets, have a shared responsibility to take care of Caravaca," he said.
For its part, the Councilor for Services, Antonio Donate, explained that this application, which has already been launched with very good results in other municipalities, has been customized for the municipality of Caravaca de la Cruz and the objective is to promote citizen participation and offer from the local administration one more answer as fast and effective as possible before the problems or incidents that may arise.
The APP 'Cuida Caravaca' makes possible the direct communication of any type of malfunction in the municipality, actively involving it in a process of citizen participation.
The municipal technician receives and manages the incidents that are assigned to him, keeping the citizen always informed of their status.
In this way, the participation of the citizen is encouraged and the management process is facilitated to achieve maximum efficiency.
